I grew up on the East Coast surrounded by a rowdy bunch of cousins. Half of my family were tradesmen and the other half in management. (get a dozen of my uncles together and you’ll learn very quickly how to debate and how to prove your point). My grandfather taught me that working hard was expected, not an option. Be proud of the life I live and always be willing to give a hand to others. He is solid, steady and one of the most intelligent people I know. His influence definitely helps me make sound decisions, not be afraid of hard conversations and gives me the confidence to navigate challenging situations.
I’m an animal lover and I’ve had quite a menagerie over the years including a very special 18 year old potbelly pig named Mylo. I’ve lived and or worked in almost every quadrant of Portland and I’m not finished yet. How about vacation? Well I go check out the local real estate market while everyone else is lounging by the pool.
Of course I love real estate. The entire process of buying and selling suites me to a T. I’m an Explorer by nature and, I’ve been fortunate enough to participate in real estate transactions from Woodland Washington to Vernonia Oregon. The Northwest is full of quaint little towns, beautiful scenery and amazing places to eat and drink. I don’t want to miss a thing! I’m an Organizer. I’ve started, ran and managed a customer service based business for over 12 years. Helping people figure out what their needs are and how to best meet them while striving to exceed their expectations. Paying attention to the details along the way makes for an overall better experience. I like numbers, figuring out budgets and investment strategies is empowering. I’ve been investing in real estate for the last 15 years. From business, gathering estimates or dealing with tenants, I get it. I’m a Facilitator, this is your future whether it’s your first home or 3rd. Whether it’s investment, a move purely out of necessity or based on shear emotion I’ll help you gather the facts so you can make an informed decision. I want you to enjoy the process even if it gets a little bumpy along the way.
It’s not just about helping you sign and initial in the proper places. It’s about helping you discover your home, finding the neighborhood that feels safe, just the right window for your cat to soak up the sun, that right amount of yard to play ball, enough counter space to bake bread, a place for a garden or simply a place that’s your own with all the amenities that you crave. For some it’s schools, other its walking to coffee or some don’t want to see a neighbor at all. I’ll help you reach your real estate goals, even give you a little nudge while keeping your feet firmly planted on the ground.
That’s me. Am I the right agent for you? We can text, email on have a good old fashion face to face conversation. I’m looking forward to hearing about you…
